Andy and Michael were called out by the I.B.R. one Saturday morning to rescue this Gyr Saker Falcon from Blackpool.  Before they returned back to the sanctuary they received another call from Raptor Rescue and collected the Barn Owl from Pinfold Street in Preston.

 

The falcon was re-united with its owner the same day and the barn owl was back with it's keeper by the Sunday.  Both birds were traced by their I.B.R. Ring numbers. Further proof of how important it is to register your birds.
